Are the listed prices guaranteed?
No. They are starting prices in Canadian dollars before GST. The jeweller confirms the final price after reviewing the piece, material and work required.
Can you repair jewellery with gemstones?
Many pieces can be repaired, but the workshop must inspect the stones and settings first. Heat, pressure and cleaning may not be suitable for fragile or treated gemstones.
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes, subject to material and machine compatibility. The listed engraving rates assume the customer supplies the item, and complex artwork or setup may cost extra.
Can you 3D print an STL I already have?
Yes, the workshop can review a suitable print-ready STL for castable-resin printing. CAD design, model repair, metal and casting are not included in standard print rates.
Do you offer bulk or business pricing?
Yes. We list bulk prices for matching straightforward engravings and simple ring patterns. Larger or unusual batches are priced individually.
How do I request a quote?
Use the custom-order form and describe the service, material and any damage. Include reference photographs if available so the workshop can assess the job.
