Terms & conditions
How enquiries, quotes and workshop orders are handled.
Before placing a paid order: The workshop will confirm the final scope, pricing, deposit arrangements and expected schedule. An online design enquiry is not a purchase or manufacturing authorization.
1. Enquiries and estimates
Prices on this website are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Published service prices are starting points, not firm offers for work that has not been inspected. Taxes, materials, repairs and other costs may apply. We will discuss material differences and any additional charges before proceeding.
2. Custom design approval
Reference photographs, drawings and online 3D previews communicate a design direction; they are not guaranteed to reproduce exact proportions, colour or stone appearance. Final design specifications, stone selections, ring size, manufacturing method and cost must be approved in writing before production.
3. Deposits and payment
Any required deposit, remaining balance, payment method and due dates will be stated in the individual quote or invoice before payment is taken. This website does not process payment.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a project, contact the workshop as soon as possible. Any applicable design labour, purchased materials or work already completed will be discussed against the terms accepted for that particular order. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Timing and delivery
Timeframes are estimates unless specifically agreed otherwise. Custom work can depend on design approvals, materials and workshop capacity. We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule. Collection or shipping arrangements are confirmed per order.
6. Repairs and customer-supplied items
Pre-existing damage, fragile stones, worn settings and older repairs can affect what is safely possible. The workshop will discuss identified risks and may decline work that cannot reasonably be performed. Please disclose known damage or prior repair history.
7. Reference material and design rights
By uploading images or drawings, you confirm that you have the right to share them for quotation and design review. Customer-supplied references are used to discuss a proposed piece; third-party artwork and protected designs may require permission or adaptation.
8. Sizing, colours and display
Measurements should be confirmed before manufacture. Screen colours, simulated gemstones and digital mockups will differ from physical metals and stones. Print files and automated previews require workshop approval before production.
9. Questions and disputes
For an issue with a quote or completed service, contact the workshop using the contact channel used for your order so it can review the details. Your consumer rights under Alberta and applicable Canadian law remain in effect.
10. Updates
These website terms may be updated. For an accepted paid project, the terms and specifications agreed at the time of the order govern unless both parties agree to a change.
Last updated October 2026. Production begins only after the workshop confirms your order details and you approve the quote.
