We collect only the information reasonably needed to review enquiries and communicate with people who contact MAZZ Jewellers. We do not sell customer contact information.

1. Information you provide

Our enquiry form may collect your name, email or Instagram contact, optional phone number, jewellery type, preferred material, ring size or measurements, gemstone preference, approximate budget, design notes, selected ring options and files you upload. Enquiry details are emailed privately to the workshop so it can respond; uploaded files are not attached to that email. Please do not upload government identification, payment card details or other sensitive documents.

2. Why we collect it

We use these details to respond to your request, assess whether proposed work is possible, prepare quotes, document approved specifications and follow up on a project you ask us to discuss.

3. Where it is stored

The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Enquiry records are stored in a D1 database and uploaded files in private R2 storage. Authorized workshop administrators can access requests through a password-protected dashboard. Operational logs and abuse controls may process technical request data.

4. Who receives it

We do not publish your uploads or contact information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site and fulfil a request, subject to their applicable service terms. We do not use customer reference photographs as public marketing images without separate permission.

5. Retention and access

Enquiries are retained as needed for correspondence, legitimate business records and legal obligations, then deleted when no longer required. To ask for access, correction or deletion of your information, contact MAZZ Jewellers through the same business contact channel used for your enquiry. Some records may need to be retained where law requires.

6. Your choice

Sending an enquiry is optional. Consent is requested before submission. Contact the workshop if you want to withdraw consent for further correspondence; we will explain any information that must still be retained for an existing order or legal reason.

7. Website functionality

The site may use essential browser storage for navigation and administrator sessions. External links such as Instagram have their own privacy practices. This website does not take credit card payments.
